LogCall is quite simply the most efficient database /CRM program I have used to date.

After working as an IT consultant, database trainer and in sales across many sectors for the past 15 years, I have yet to find a program that is as functional yet so stunningly simple (I wish I had thought of this!)

Being web based, it has stilled my greatest fear, being safe data storage. LogCall has completely eliminated the expense and hours of backing up data.

Best of all, it has given our company the tool it needed to expand - we now employ specialist contract staff interstate and overseas, something we could not do previously being in a regional area.

I can track every lead the sales people are working on and communicate with all staff and clients at any time or place. Since LogCall has been introduced, we have begun successfully trading in 3 new overseas markets, with more coming online.

I could not envisage a future without LogCall, and it will be the centrepiece of my future ventures as well.
